2″ x 4″ label to be affixed to an air duct where AeroLogic® Germicidal Ultraviolet Air Duct Disinfection Systems are installed. These labels warn that power to the ultraviolet unit(s) MUST be disconnected before entering or performing any service.

This label is only available in quantities of 2 or more.

Reads:
"DANGER
This System has an Ultraviolet Disinfection Fixture Installed.
READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
Avoid Exposure to Direct or Reflected Germicidal Ultraviolet Rays.
Germicidal Ultraviolet Rays are Harmful to the Eyes and Skin.
Before Performing any Service to this System: Always Disconnect Power to the System and Unplug Fixtures from Electrical Outlets.
For Optimum Performance:
1. Operate Unit Continuously.
2. Replace Lamp(s) Annually.
