Overview
élan™ water filters are manufactured using durable, 304 stainless steel, and electropolished for increased resistance to corrosion. They are pressure-rated to 150 PSI. élan™ up-flow water filters outperform conventional filters because the outlets are located above the inlets, which provides the following advantages:
Advantages
- No air entrapment in filter housing during operations.
- Requires no vents because air is self-purged.
- Will not lose capacity due to air pockets — entire filter medium is utilized at all time.
- No by-pass during servicing — liquid can only exit filter housing after filtering.
The élan™ EL-325 requires 75 filters to operate and is suggested for use with the MEGATRON® M90 / MEGATRON® M150 and the SANITRON® S15,000C .
